Quick Facts on Moose
- Moose is a privately owned adventure transportation company based in
Vancouver and Toronto that has been offering summer and winter tours for
close to 12 years. - Passengers on Moose busses typically range in age from 18-35 yrs, but older
adventurers that are young at heart are always welcome. - Our guests range in origin from all over the world, but primarily come from
the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Germany, Japan, and the USA. - Moose offers two types of tours: Jump-on/jump-off passes and inclusive tours.
- Our Jump-on/jump-off tours offer incredible flexibility allowing our guests to tailor their itinerary to suit their schedule. These tours include transportation, scenic and adventure stops, trip leader(s), and some meals. Most summer tours are jump-on/jump-off.
- Our inclusive tours combine transportation, scenic and adventure stops, trip leader, accommodations, some meals, and some activities for one great price! Almost all of our winter trips are inclusive tours and include accommodation and lift tickets to breath-taking ski destinations in addition to other winter activities such as snowmobiling, curling and/hockey games.
- Winter tours in the West, operate between Dec 12 and Mar 22.
- We operate two types of vehicles in both summer and winter: 11 passenger
vans and 21-23 seater mini coaches, both perfect for exploring Canada’s
beautiful backyard. - For the winter months, Moose partners with the following ski resorts and hostels:
- Whistler Blackcomb
- Big White
- Silver Star
- Lake Louise
- Sunshine
- Fernie
- Kicking Horse
- Samesun Backpacker Lodges
